ModusLink Global Solutions to Report 2009 Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Financial Results

WALTHAM, Mass., Sep 22, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLNK) will release financial results for its 2009 fourth quarter and fiscal year on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 after the market closes.

Following the release, ModusLink Global Solutions management will host a conference call to discuss the results. The conference call will begin at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference call is open to all interested parties and will be hosted by Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph C. Lawler, and Chief Financial Officer, Steven G. Crane. A live webcast of the call will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website.
